I can't remember your e-mail address so I'm just going to post a comment. We have found someone to legally slaughter chickens for us so we will be selling them. They will be whole and we'll be delivering them right after the deed is done. They will be bagged and kept on ice. I think we'll sell about 30 of them. I haven't discussed a price with Dalen yet but I'm thinking we'll do it by weight and not by bird. If you're interested let me know :) thanks.
